Last Room is a medieval fantasy puzzle game with horror touches from a small Czech team. You work through a run of gloomy rooms by dragging items around, dodging laser grids, making jumps and solving logic puzzles to open portals. The store promises multiple endings and secret levels.
Steam reception is mixed: about 66 percent of 505 reviews are positive. Players tag it as difficult, logic-based and atmospheric. Be careful with the tag counts, though: an unusually even block of votes makes them a weak signal of what players actually think. The two written reviews we found are both negative. One describes audio, visual and gameplay bugs, no real story and rooms that look like unfinished test levels; the other simply calls it not worth the money.
The mix of puzzles and platforming is unusual, and the price is very low, so curious players lose little by trying it. Still, the written evidence points to rough design. Buy it only on sale and only if you can live with bugs; anyone wanting a polished escape room should look elsewhere.
