Tiny Robots Recharged is a short casual puzzle game from Big Loop Studios, ported from mobile. A villain has built a secret lab next to the park and kidnapped your robot friends, and each of about 50 small 3D dioramas asks you to find batteries and crack mechanical and pipe-style puzzles before your energy runs out. Bonus puzzle and frogger modes add extra play. It suits newcomers to the genre who want something light.
Steam reviews are mostly positive (about 74% of 108). Fans like the comic-book look and sound of each diorama and call it a relaxing two to three hours. Several say it is a good first puzzle game because nothing is hard.
The negatives are consistent: the timer feels wrong in a casual game and there is no pause, the camera jumps around when you click, and many puzzles repeat. One player reported a bugged frogger mini-game that blocks achievements. Pick it up cheaply on sale if you want a gentle diorama puzzler; Big Loop's later Portal Escape is the better choice.
